CompactFlash Association Member Benefits

Access to Royalty-Free License

Upon execution of and compliance with the appropriate license agreement, members receive a royalty-free license to develop, market and sell products based on the CompactFlash® and CFast™ specifications. Also included are use of the CompactFlash® and CFast™ trademarks and the CF logo trademark for use on your products, marketing materials, website and supporting documents.

Participation in the development and marketing activities for the CF/CF+ and CFast standards

You may attend Technical Committee, Marketing Committee and workgroup face-to-face meetings, conference calls and e-mail reflector discussions.

You are invited to the Semi-Annual member meetings that include technical and marketing activities as well as general association business.

You have access to low cost opportunities to participate in the CFA booth at industry trade shows and to be included in CFA press releases.

Affiliate Membership
Affiliate members have access to minutes from all CFA meetings, and are eligible to participate in any CFA marketing activities. All CFA members receive free access to copies of the CompactFlash™ technical specifications

Executive Membership
In addition to the Affiliate member benefits above, the Executive members provide the direction of the association by approving the by-laws, mission statement and other organizational documents, as well as voting on all technical and marketing issues. Executive Members are eligible for Board of Directors and committee chair positions.
