M6000 Duplicator Products

Card Duper has been designed with the end-user in mind. Front Panel controls all simple and fast technical duplication of a wide variety of memory cards manufactured by dozens of different companies.  Supported card types include Compact Flash (CF) cards, Linear PCMCIA cards, ATA PCMCIA cards, MMC cards, and SSFDC cards.  Duplication is normally done from a master card inserted in the top PCMCIA slot of the M6000.  Card Duper also can be easily networked using a RJ45 ethernet connector.  A front panel PCMCIA slot is available for addition of a local disk drive.

Card Duper is available in four standard configurations:

M6000-S4      Four Slot Card Duplication in mini-tower PC case
M6000-S8
Eight Slot Card Duplication in mini-tower PC case
M6000-S16
Sixteen Slot Card Duplication in standard PC tower
M6000-S24
Twenty four Slot Card Duplication in standard PC tower

All Card Duper systems are packaged in  modular PC tower cases; which means they’are easy to upgrade or repair. All Card Duper systems are engineered for long life, which means that we support older memory cards as well as the very latest memory card technology.  All Card Duper systems are covered by a one year parts and labor warrantee.

M7000 Tester Products

M7000 Configured for 32 Cards and 8 Modules

Production Testing of Flash Modules and Cards

The M7000 is capable of testing up to 16 Flash Modules or 64 cards at one time. Not only Flash, but many other types of memory can be functionally tested including SRAM, EEPROM, Serial EEPROM,  and DRAM. Many types of cards are accommodated using adapters that fit standard PCMCIA slot including  CF cards, PCMCIA cards and  MMC's cards.

New  OpenTest™ Architecture

The M7000 is based upon a new tester design philosophy in which the user is provided with nearly all elements comprising the tester. Starting with the M7000 computer engine which is the Linux Operating System, the user is also given all  M7000 "C" source code, all TCL job scripts, an SQL data base for test parameter storage, and free access to all interface electronics schematics.
